hello experts,

I am living in US but Indian citizen and in my final year of PHD. I will be completing it by end of AUG 2018.
I have the ECA completed today, CELPIP was done long time back with 8+ in all.
I have completed my profile with NOC code of 4011 and experience in NOC 4012.

Any idea why my profile would have rejected? One note, ECA was completed today and I finished the profile in few hours after the ECA report.
Received the same standard message with several possible reasons.

How old are your CELPIP results? How much did you state for proof of funds? Do you have at least 1 year of full time experience?

CELPIP 3 months old
30K for funds
I made a mistake on experience, I have selected part time. Let me redo the profile. Thanks for second set of eyes.

No success again third try
First I noticed that I have used 20 hours for work experience for NOC 4012. Fixed that, failed again second time
The I noticed that i am not ending my job NOC 4012. Tries again this time, same results.

any other ideas?

Case Information:
Age: 35: 11 points
CELPIP Score: Speaking 8, listening : 11, Reading: 12 an writing: 9: 24 points
Completing PHD by end of AUG 2018, so indicated a current degree
ECA: 4 years bachelor degree + 1 year diploma. since they did not evaluate the PHD, I get only 22 points
Just found one more thing, WES did not evaluate my PHD degree, They put a remark The credentials is not comparable to a completed Canadian education credential.

That make 57 points

FUNDs: 30K
Using Primary Occupation Code: 4011
Experience: Using code 4012 since 2014. Tried with both 20/40 hrs week.

Does it mean I can't use my PHD qualification?

Now the biggest question could I use 4011 code or not. If I could then have 2-3 years of RE/TA experience, Otherwise I have use a year experience from 2008/08 to 20009/10. So that's will be 9 or 11 points.

based on 9 points, total will be 66 points
based on 11 points, total will be 68 points.
Possible 5 points for Uncle/aunt
