Need help calculating

Hello,
I have been in Canada since 2000 and due to school and father's work, I wasn't able to get my PR until 11/05/2014. I have left the country for 20 days since.

Can anyone please let me know how to figure when I will be eligible for citizenship with old bill and possible new bill ?
