Need help applying for student visa (usa)

I'm currently living on U.S.A, I'm illegal and trying to get education. Is it possible for me to apply from state without going back to origin country. Will save me time and money. I will appreciate it if you help with all steps in this proccess.

As you overstayed in the US, it is unlikely that you will get study permit for Canada, CIC/CHC is going to assume by past actions if you didn't leave the US, then you won't leave Canada. Also to apply in the US, you must have legal status.
