CIC received our application on 9/9/15 and we received AOR yesterday. Problem is, we forgot to include the check list with our application and realized it a few days after we sent in the application. Also, my sponsor (husband) sent in his 2013 Option C with the application because he had not received his 2014 Option C at the time. We now have his 2014 Option C and the check list ready to send in. We did not send them in earlier because we had no UCI number and felt like the documents would probably just get lost and never make it to our file. Now we are concerned that when they start processing our application they will see the missing documents and return our application. Should we send in the check list and option C printout now that we have a UCI #? If so, what address do we send it to? Thanks in advance for any help :)

If you already received your AOR, most likely the application will not be returned to you and will be processed. Since the processing of the sponsorship part takes about 60 days and your time had almost elapsed, it is almost certain that whatever additional documents you will send to Mississauga office will not be even opened by the time the decision is made (of the sponsorship part). So , my suggestion is that you just wait and see what happens and prepare just in case you get a rejection. Missing checklist and 2013 option C are not "fatal" errors and you might get a positive decision and request to submit additional/missing docs when your file reaches the processing VO later on.

Thanks Sashali78! I guess we will wait to see if they ask for the check list or option c.
