Dear friends, hope you all are fine and happy with your families. I want to know one thing if you apply for immigration and your spouse is working in government sector like Army so how it would be possible to take her permanently? Is there any special procedure or requirement or any issue if get visa without informing to concerns? I need help to clear it. Because my all documents are ready and just going to give IELTS to achieve CRS score and settled Canada. Please advice and help and thanks in advance.

you will need to declare it properly in the application form, there is a question asking if you have served in military or paramilitary forces and you need to give details. It's not an instant ban but the government needs to make sure you are not threat to the security of Canadian soil. They may require extra background checks with CSIS, RCMP and your home country's embassy. Otherwise, there's nothing of concern
