I'm confused on how to to do this medical examination, i understand how will i undergo medical exams, but I'm confused how my dependents will under go medical if they are in the philippines, i know they should go to any DMP in the area but how about their forms (imm 1017), and where to send their medical results? is it to me or to ottawa?
and also do i need to have a copy of the form Imm 5419?
