Need Guidance

Hello all...I am from India and I am PR holder here in Canada. I got married last month in India. I want to sponsor my wife. Can someone tell me which forms do I need to fill in and which forms my wife needs to? Which guideline should I use? Guide 3900 or Guide 5289? Please guys help me out...

Is she currently in India? If so, then you'll be sponsoring Outland using these forms: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp
