Hello all,
I have recently joined the Humber College Real Estate Licensing course, that is the Salesperson Program. The Program validity is technically 2 years but can be completed in as less as 8 months or less, depending on your own speed. It is a self paced program. I am just wondering whether I would be eligible to apply for Study Visa and then would I get a Work permit on the same basis. Please HELP!
I have also applied for Express Entry PR, but due to very less CRS points, I am not sure whether that is gonna work out in time or no.
All the views, comments, and suggestions are much appreciated. Thankyou so much in advance to take your time out for he same.

No. The program is through the Real Estate Board of Ontario and delivered by Humber College. It is not a Humber College program.

This course will definitely earn you a rejection. It's meant for people who work/want to work in the real estate business in Canada. Applying for this is an automatic rejection as it shows you have no intention of returning to your home country.

To improve your chance of approval, go for a program that shows progression from your current qualification and will improve your career prospects in your resident country.
