I need to know about moving and renting a 1BR apartment in Mississauga.
1. How is the transit?
2. Which are the bad areas?
3. I am from India and which will be a good area . Next I am in Supply chain & Logistics and which area will be suitable to start.
4. Need something with a good walk score & transit score and mainly safety.

I am also looking for similar solution. Also,

1. What are main differences between Apartments and Condos? Which is a better choice?
2. How much should a 3-bedroom, 2-washroom condo or apartment will cost near University of Toronto, Mississauga?
3. Which junior and junior high schools are in the neighborhood? Is the neighborhood safe and demography is good?

Thanks in advance for any help/tips on this...

Hello Both in Mississauga there isn't an area you call a bad area.
There are richer areas than others all that matters is the lifestyle you want and can afford regarding the schools they have a rating published on their websites.
There are not many 3 bedrooms apartments because the cost of maintenance is very high.
For a 3 bedrooms apartment or townhouse is $2200 per month.
I will suggest square 1 area if you like to live in a condo apartment.
