If someone has managed to get their parents in Canada during the whole omnicron or delta variant, can you share the steps? I know that they will need to register to arrive Can. Appreciate any help.

The latest testing and/or quarantine rules are available on Canada government website and also latest changes would be reflected in ArriveCAN app's latest version (such as uploading vaccination status and test results). Recommend to check that first and ask if you have any specific questions.
