Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi, I am planning to apply Masters in Canada (2 Years) / "Computers or IT" stream for Jan 2016 intake. My details are below:
10th- 70%/ Diploma (Mechanical) - 83%/ B.tech in IT - 69% in 2009/ Job experience-5+ years/ IELTS- 6.5 band not less then 6/ Work Experience - Software Testing (Manual)/ Married. (wife has 5+ experience in IT field (B.Tech-IT))

Please help me out by clarifying the below questions :
1. Did 5+ years gap after under graduation(B.tech-2009) effect, for getting admission in the university/college for masters?.
2. Can spouse come on dependant visa, what is the rejection rate?
3. Did Diploma affects the course admission process ?
4. Leaving 5 years of IT experience and choosing to study abroad is good step or not ?
5. If i have taken MBA stream will it effect my past experience for applying new job after completion of masters in Canada?
6. Please suggest the names of universities or colleges where i can get admission with above percentages/experience/ilets score?

Thanks
Kartik

Please help me out by clarifying the below questions :
1. Did 5+ years gap after under graduation(B.tech-2009) effect, for getting admission in the university/college for masters?
if u can show work exp. then all is good.
2. Can spouse come on dependant visa, what is the rejection rate?
no idea about the rejection rate but u can try. u can apply for student permit n she applies for open work permit.
3. Did Diploma affects the course admission process ?
no. but canada is strict about changing your background. make sure u go for the same stream which u are so that s good
4. Leaving 5 years of IT experience and choosing to study abroad is good step or not ?
yes it is. but also look into the economy of Canada. at the moment it is recession so companies are exiting canada pretty fast.
5. If i have taken MBA stream will it effect my past experience for applying new job after completion of masters in Canada?
no. experience matters in corporate world a lot
6. Please suggest the names of universities or colleges where i can get admission with above percentages/experience/ilets score?
try sask uni, uni of regina etc. but u should try getting a better ielts score like 7, that will improve your chances a lot
