Need guidance for applying study visa and a few queries if anyone can help.

Hi there.
I'm from Pakistan and I've completed my Intermediate in Commerce (Icom) here.
Now I want to do further studies in Canada.
I'm a bit confused b/w going for Acca & CPA designation.
I wanna know about the best way for me to persue these degree and the colleges/universities available in ontario,if anyone can help,I'd be thankful.
