need guidance about documents

I received ITA in January. I had all the documents but my Indian police clearance got delayed so i declined and entered the pool again. This time I got an invitation in April 13th 2017.

My question is my job letter, job record etc all the documents have a date of march on them
my medical exam for p.r was done in Feb

Can I now submit all those documents or do i have to get everything issued again because my got an ITA on 13th April ?

my medical exam for p.r was done in Feb - Medical exam for PR is fine as long as it is less than a year old

Can I now submit all those documents or do i have to get everything issued again because my got an ITA on 13th April ?

Please help
