I have job offer from canda and will get work permit and I am interesting to take with me wife and child and to do for them temporary resident visa need I invitation from company which gives me job or? I want send visa application together and get for me work permit and for my family temporary resident visa. Please give some advises, thanks.

NO, you don't need an "invitation letter" , you include them in your application. Depending on their age, the children will require study permits as well. The job better pay fairly well if you expect the application for the family to be approved.
