Need family composition change letter

Hi

I have applied for PR and received my medicals under NOC 2132.

Now that I got married and need to include my spouse in it. I need a sample letter on "explaining how your family composition has changed and requesting that your spouse to be added to your application."

Can someone please post the sample letter.

Just submit a webform informing IRCC about your status change. they will send you the list of documents required. You can submit and your spouse will be added to the application.
