Hi, I have applied for visit visa on July 2019 and it was approved and I got it till my passport expiry which is till 2020 Nov.

Myself landed in Canada as visitor in 2019 Oct and applied for Inland PR + OWP in Nov 2019.

My OWP was approved and got expiry till Nov 2020 as per my old passport

After landing here I applied for new passport and got new one till 2029.

Now my question is if I don’t get PR approved by Nov 2020. What should I do ?

Should I need to apply new In-Canada visit visa and OWP extension ?

I’m confused because my TRV will be expiring by 2020 Nov !!

You would apply to extend your OWP. It doesn't matter that your TRV is expiring in November.

Okay Thanks !! And only if I need to travel outside Canada and come back I need to get TRV as well ? Right !

If you want to leave and then come back, yes - you need a valid TRV. Note there's always some risk to leaving since re-entry is never guaranteed.

Got you !! Just to make sure I understand correctly. To remain in Canada under legal status I just need to extend the OWP, while PR application In progress.

I would make sure uploaded your new passport information to your sponsorship application.
