Need experts advice on creating EE profile

Hey Guys,
I am new to this forum and not much aware of all the Express Entry procedure. I am currently in US and I and my wife has given IELTS in 2019 when we were in India.I am planning to create EE profile for my wife however her ILETS exam will be expiring in 1 Aug 2021. Her EE Score is coming around 458.

I need suggestion whether to go for new IELTS exam and then create EE profile or should apply now?
Also,

1. can someone also explain me the cost if I applied now and how much ? I believe it range ard $1300
2. Once I Applied now, how much I have to pay again after getting ILETS exam ?
