Need eTA or Multiple visa entry?

I am post grad student and holding PGWP.
I want to go my backhome, India.
Which is needed, eTA or Multiple entry visa? If multiple then
Can somebody guide how to apply multiple visa entry?
I could not find any option to apply multiple entry in CIC website.
