need document of cancelled study permit

Hello, I am an international student from India.I came to Canada in Jan 2014 Session.But due to some family problems i am returning to India on 25th Feb in an Emergency and will not be able to come back.In order to this I applied for refund of Student GIC in Scotia Bank but they need documents of

a. The 3 pages refusal letter provided by the Canadian High Commission
b. The copy of visa cancellation page on your passport (if you are withdrawing from your course
And returning to your home country)
Here in canada i contacted to Canadian commission and Indian Embassy for these documents,but didn't got any help.I want to know that from where i can get these documents? can i get these documents after returning to India?
I am very much worried about it as I am going in an Emergency
