Need document help for past Employer

Hello awesome people,

Okay so i have done two jobs one from June 2010-Feb 2013 and the current one from feb 2013 - till date. I am confused as to what do I require from the old job provider. I have experience certificate, Offer letter of the old company. I also asked them if they keep financial records but they said they do not keep the financial records which are more than 1.5 years old.

So please advice what other documents dO I need ?
-> Will the financial records part cause an issue ?

You need valid work reference letters on official letterhead and signed off by supervisor/HR/authorized signatory, in addition to any other supporting documentation, proving that you were employed in that organization,

1 At a certain designation

2. For a certain time period

3. In the chosen NOC (job responsibilities should closely match main duties of the NOC)

4. For a certain annual salary

5. Reporting to a certain supervisor (mention name, job title, contact details)

Okay I do have experience letter on company letter head. it mentions my job post , no of working hours and the job duties that I prepared according to Noc 2282. Do I need annual salary certificate and increment certificates ??

Yes. To prove that this was a paid gig and not some volunteer experience.

They do not really have record of that. Since I was paid very low monthly salary in cash i used to spend them all away. I do not have any records of the same. Should I ask them just to make it again for me ?

Also can we apply for SINP and MPNP at the same point of time ?

If there are no records of it, try getting that added to your experience letter somehow that indicates you were paid for this work.

Don't they mind when you apply to two different pnp programs at the same point of time ? Because MPNP deducts -100 points for the same.

Some provinces might be touchy, most aren't. It is silly to stop someone from applying to multiple provinces simultaneously. One would naturally expect applicants to do that given the demand-supply gap.

manitoba is one such touchy state LOL. I am not sure why in the SINP the 1000 quota has not been filled yet. Any ideas on that ?
