I am really confused about the PNP program procedures.
Most of articles I read are out of date and do not match what I heard from people.
Can anyone answer these questions for me?
1. I know how does the procedure go for PNP program:
1) Pre-screen application
2) International student with job offer stream
3) Apply PR to CIC
Please tell me the processing time for each. From what I researched, it takes 90 calendar days for 1), 90 calendar days for 2), and 6 months for 3). (Some said more between 9 months - 15 months for 1)
2. I am still university student right now (graduate in June 2017) and the company manager wants to proceed Pre-screen application first for me even though I did not graduated yet. Is that possible? He told me he likes my hard working and wants to give me opportunity to apply for International student with job office stream as soon as I graduate on June 2017. That is why.
3. I can see that I need to submit university transcript for International Student with job offer application. One thing I am worry about is my grades (Failed few courses, required withdraw, etc.). Will it harmful for proceeding application?
4. Lastly, am I only can get PR with Express Entry once I get nominee? (That case I need minimum of 1 year work experience.) Do I have other program option for getting PR without 1 year work experience after I get nominee?
