Need clarification on UCI number. Urgent pls.

We received an update that my partner's OWP has been approved. Now we want to update some document using webform but he is stuck on the information regarding his UCI client number because his original UCI number that he is using since he applied his TRV and extensions is different on the UCI number that they provided on his OWP. They are totally different. My question now is which one should he use? The one that they provide when they give his OWP or the one that he has been using when he applied for his TRV and extensions. We are confused. He tried to call today but they are not even taking calls at this time. Your help will be much appreciated.

You will use the one associated with OWP as that is what will stay with your partner from OWP onwards. UCI associated with Travel Visas can be considered temporary as they will always change when you re-apply or anything.
