Need clarification on mails received from CIC

I have received request for additional documents, which I have sent.

At the same time I received request for Medical and RCMP check (on same day).
The heading on the Medical states: MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY
Is Bio data form different than this, I believe this is just medical request?

Can I do the RCMP check with Toronto Police?

What are the steps after above process?

If you are in YYZ I suggest using commissioners for your FP's - very easy! Just follow the instructions outlined in your attachment! Book your medicals! What additional docs did they request?
 
The addition information was something they missed in my form so had to send an explanation.

Just to confirm the bio data form is different than what I have got?

I believe "Medical Report: Client Biodata and Summary" is the heading on the medical report form you have to give to the panel physician.

(There used to be a different/separate "biodata" form, but if it is still part of the process, CIC sends that to you later).
