no she is still his wife we both know eachother and we live in pakistan and in our countr

In that case you cannot go with your husband to Canada. Canada does not recognize your marriage. Canada only recognizes the marriage to his first wife.

Yes. Both of you would have to find job offers and each of your employers would need to obtain approved LMIAs so that you can each apply for a closed work permit.
