Need assistance

New to the forum and looking for assistance.

My CSR score is 329, do you think i stand a chance to get the call. I entered into the pool stage in Jan'2017.

How can i improve my score other then taking IELTS?

Get more work experience and education (preferably Canadian), get a LMIA job offer, PNP, reduce your age.
