Need Assistance on my File !!! Newbie to CIC EE

Hi All,
I am newbie to CIC Express Entry.
I just created a profile on 15-Dec-2016. Also registered on Job Bank. And Job bank Registration is not linked with my EE Profile.
At present, Application Status : Open
Eligibility : Met
Overall Score : 342
NOC : 2174
IELTS : CLB 7.5
Now, I am stuck because i don't know what to do next.
Please anyone help me at this point.
