I have realized that my letter of reference is missing the title of the person (owner of the restaurant) signing the letter,

Should I request a new reference letter which has a title, under name maybe? or just let it be! As he is the restaurant owner what the title would be? a manager or......?
As I applied on April 20th, 2020, my file has not been opened yet and I am expecting MP/BIL request on June 22, (as these days it takes 60 days to get MP), would it affect that timeline at all?
Please advise me on this. Thank you
