No, as CHC would require proof that you have sole custody of the children and can remove them from their country.

Hi Vidya,

I believe....even if one is divorced, the applicant has to get written confirmation from the other spouse regarding custody and his/her permission to remove the children out of country as suggested by PMM.


Many unfortunate applicants are stuck in their processing because of this factor.
