need an advice.........

my application forwarded last july 2009...then they reviewed and reply by sept 2009...from then i received my file number and contains that i have to submit my full docs in 120 days from the date of the letter received. it means that my grace period will last till january 2010. basically, i submitted the documents a head of time but without ielts result..after a month i forward it..then days past, i received letter coming from high commission of canada, immigration and medical services division in london with again file number but according to this letter this file number is different from case processing centre that was given before.......

when i started my application..i already told my agent that i have a cousin there which we all know is not applicable for points...but actually they're already said "not possible"..and i asked "why?" they said "coz its not easy to determine the proof of realtionship for a cousin"..then i say.."what if i proved it, i mean i will provide documents that showing how we are really connected by blood"...so, my application proceeded and theyre asking for a lot of credentials, documents, etc..showing the connection bet me & my cousin...so i gave all these things..from my grandparents marriage cert to my mother and aunt and cousin cert...i took ielts exam and submitted it..but actually im not satisfied with the result..but still i meet the passing mark..with the help of 5 points coming from my cousin.....

anyway, my problem is....right after i received the letter coming from high commission in london...the main offc(my agent ofc) ask for further explanation towards family tree plus supporting docs...then again i received an email coming from my agent main ofc..saying that cousin is not included for claiming points, aside from that my education only received 20 points..(coz i finished a 5 year bachelor course in total of 15 yrs of study including 6 yrs of grade school 4 yrs of high school, previously it was counted as 22 points)....in short, my points was slashed off...so they said i have to retake my ielts to cover up the missing points..etc etc.........now, for how many days i felt so disapointed bcoz of these...coz im gonna take ielts again. maybe by month of may i can submit the result, it will takes 2-3 months. the letter received last month....wherein according to the letter theyre are going to review my application before it will process for PR...so in this case, they might reject it...because of discrepancies of my supporting documents....can somebody had any idea for this situation..need an advice... :-(

1. You get a file no. from CIO Sydney, then the processing office issues one for their office.
2. You should have sent a complete package, hopefully you IELTS will be married up to your file no.
3. You get no points for cousins, so why bother?
4. Once you send in your complete application, the processing office is going to process it, they aren't going to ask for additional documents or wait around for you to send further information. They are going to make a decision on the information that is at hand.
