im so confused about on how to submit the form if i send them both the application and the immigration forms and how do i obtain a fees because im planning to go to the back and pay...

You must submit the forms by mail. If you are applying inland, you sent the package to Vegreville. If you are applying outland, you send the package to Mississauga. You must send both parts of the application at the same time.

I'm not sure what you mean by "how do I obtain fees".

i mean fees to pay for the application,im in canada right now and i wish to complete sponsorship form and the immigration form for my wife living in the philippines....thanks for the help.

You can pay the fees here with a credit card. It is a bit confusing, but the total should be 1040.00 for just a spouse. I recommend paying the full amount if possible. It may cause a dely later on in the process if you don't.

Just follow the instructions. You will make an account/password to verify it, make it something you will remember as you may need to access it in the future.
