I am A Manitoba Provincial Nominee since last March 2012.when we submitted our application to CIC,our package was returned due to some payment issues..However our package got lost here in the Phil.MPNP gave us an extension til June 2013 to resubmit to CIC.My biggest concer is,my IELTS expired last Nov 2012...Do we have to retake another IELTS for CiC?thanks..hope ill get an advise.Im a nurse by profession
