Guys.. If I could ask you to evaluate my profile and suggest the best route ahead.

What I am looking for : PR ultimately

What I am : 9 years work experience within 'Operation' (4 years managerial) in JP Morgan..

SSC : 67.75 %
TYBcom : 55%
MCom :55%
NIIT : 3 years GNIIT.

Currently a feasible option is:
2 years Masters (tending towards Royal Rhodes University Master of Global management).
Followed by 3 years PGWP
Followed by PR.(if all goes well)

Seniors what do you think ?

Also how easy is it to get Off campus work to supplement my income ?
Does a 15 - 18 month course qualify for a 3 year PGWP. I've read elsewhere on this forum that it does, but not 100% sure.

Come to Canada and find an employer willing to support PNP applications:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/index.asp

Or come to Canada, work for 12 months in a full-time skilled position and apply under CEC class:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/

Those are two fast options to get your PR.
Processing times for PNP applications right now is 16 months.
And CEC takes you about 24 months ( 12 months work experience, then CEC application processing time of 12 months ).

Also a good source of information, the Come to Canada wiz:

Hope that helps.
