My brother his profile :
Mature Student 34
5 yr work ex as Chef
+ 2 in Arts and 1 yr Diploma in Food Production
Earlier worked in different fields. 5 Yr Work in IT and Administration
Now excelling as Chef and now wants to enhance his career as a chef and wants to study culinary arts in Canada with a prospect of PR in the future.

Please suggest which college / Province would be ideal.

There are lots of colleges in Ontario offering Culinary studies. Why not start by using Google to enhance your search, you'd be surprise by your discovery. You can start from Fanshawe college, Conestoga college etc
