hello everyone!
so my problem is.......
i lost my status in canada! about 1.5 years ago! i got married 1 year ago to canadian! my husband lost his job about 9 months ago! so we were waiting for him to find a new job and then send my application for pr! Now he found a new job!
))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) finally! we were waiting so long! so my question is..... can i apply outside and still be in Canada or i have to leave country!? i understand if i have to go for interview, then i have to go back home!
and when i will get my pr i have to send passport to immigration office, or just cross the border!
or better apply from inside!?
i heard that if i am apply form outside i have rights to appeal, but from inside i dont have any rights? is that right!?
i am so confused...i dont know what to do..... what is better! finally we can apply, but we dont know what is better!
