Need advice as I was there in canada for only 2 months in humber college as a law clerk student in may intake 2018.But due to parsonal reasons I just moved back to india(by withdraw from college). But now i decided to go back.Can I just move back on same visa in Jan intake in same course as I have offer letter for the same , they allow me to enter in canada as student

No you need to apply for new visa as the previous one is cancelled

But it is still valid on passport.

It won't become invalid by itself ... In CIC records it's invalid
