NEED ADVICE

can i get admission in any university or college in canada with following requirements. Particularly either Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia or Monitoba

1. I have multiple entry visa
2. I am living outside canada
3. I have overall band score 5.5 in ielts general
4. I have 55% in Grade 10
5. I have 56% in Grade 12

Please give advice

Your marks and IELTS score are way too low for university. I supposed you can try to apply to a college. But again, your marks are low and CIC may not believe you are a genuine student.
