Need Advice urgently

My application is long overdue and so are the GCMS notes I apllied for through applygcms.com.

Could anyone please suggest what I should do??

RPRF PAID AND Uploaded: 17th Jan 2019.

Since then its gone cold. Absolutely no change. My file is at OTTAWA

Try calling IRCC and also raise a webform requesting the status of the application.

I did. Called them multiple times but couln't get through(Am In INDIA).

To webform they replied its in process and we'll let you know. This was a month back. I don't know what to do now.

I have seem many people got random selected for extra security screening. This might take a long time (up to a year or two) to process but almost all the people I have seen got their PR eventually.

As you have got a response that it is still in process, this is a good news. I believe that this is okay and you can stay calm and wait just a little longer.
