I am loosing my job at the end of this month because my employer sell his restaurant n new owner wants to hire his relative...
so my question is-

FROM WHOM I SHOULD ASK FOR THE EMPLOYMENT LETTER(JOB EXPERIENCE LETTER) AND RECORD OF EMPLOYMENT N ALSO T4 SLIP OR WHO HAVE THE LEGAL AUTHORITY NOW TO GIVE ME ABOVE DOCUMENTS ??? my previous employer or new owner ???

Hi Jasmine Kaur 22,

You need letters/documents from your employer stated on your WP. Ask your previous employer these documents.

If you want to work to a different employer, your future employer needs to get an LMO and subsequently you apply for a new WP.
