Need advice to withdraw spouse from application

Hi Folks,

I have recently submitted my PR application as a principal applicant and my spouse as a dependant. I am in Canada on PGWP while my spouse is on spousal open work permit. Due to some issues going on with my spouse, I have decided to withdraw her from the PR application and change the status for her as a non-accompanying spouse. Can I do this? If yes then what would be the procedure?
