Need Advice To Apply Student Visa

Recently i applied Canada visit visa 2nd time for me and my wife and got rejected

1. Current immigration status
2. Current employment status
3. Ties to Canada and country of residence

here i would like to tell you that i am a Sri Lankan lives in Qatar own a small business and working in my own company as a Public Relation Officer.

I m planning to apply student visa and wants to work there, i have completed Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering and planning to study in Canada next year or 2020 and important thing is i completed my HND in 2015 and worked only one year as assistant engineer. after 2016 i came to Qatar.

my question is is possible to apply for me as a student visa? if so how about the cost will be ?
my 2 uncles are Canadian citizen.

please help me to go through this process.

Since your visitor visa was already refused so it would be very tricky to apply for a study permit. You will still need to prove current immigration status, employment status, purpose of visit, social and economic ties to home country, funds, etc etc. Cost depends on the program+CAD 10,000/per year cost of living.
