If i am ( Indian ) already having PR in Canada.
Is there chance for me to marry a Nepali ( Citizen ) and to sponsor PR for her in Canada.

You can sponsor her under spousal application if she meets the required criteria for spousal application (married, common law etc). However since you have a PR not Canadian Citizenship you must be in Canada for the spousal application to be approved.
