need advice re: citizenship application

Hello,
So once bill c6 will be implemented, I will be eligible to apply for citizenship. My dilemma is that on last week of November until mid-April, I will be out of the country. Will you recommend for me to apply before leaving or just wait til I am back? Because of the revised residency req. I should only wait a month til I can apply. Any insights will be greatly appreciated. tia

its always advisable to apply with some buffer days in case you missed some days but if you are 100% sure about dates then apply.
Also new rule will flood the cic with applications so better apply early because for sure processing time will increase

C6 3/5 is not in effect till end dec so you cannot apply before your trip anyway, floodgate will open after Dec so try apply asap
