Did upfront medical at the beginning of Feb 2015, just received a mail asking my wife to do medical examination. Do I just inform them of the upfront medical information and wait for their reply. Or I just redo my medical again. Medical exam costs a lot in my country. Thanks everyone

Just get it done, it could likely mean they want to issue PPR soon.

If you have reason to think it's an error you can send a case-specific enquiry.

They most likely haven't associated her medical with her file; this happens often. Reply to the email with a copy of the receipt from the initial medical. There is no need to get a new one done when the current one is still several months from expiry.
