Need advice on salary hike

Hi all,

I joined a Fintech company as a QA in June(a startup - which is doing really well now) with a salary of $55k, within 2 months they increased my salary to $57k. I am in real need of money to pay an education loan (around 15,00,000 INR). I thought of asking my manager in Jan 2022 to increase my salary anywhere between 65k-70k. I am not sure how my manager would consider this with just 6 months of experience in the organization.

PS: I have 3-4 years experience as a QA in India.
Regarding performance - I have been receiving great feedback from my manager, no negatives as of yet.

Can anyone please suggest to me how to increase my salary by any means?

i'm not sure you hould do that but one thing you could do is start budgeting and cut down your expenses
