My husband, daughter, and I migrated to Canada in 2015 and we are in the GTA. My husband works in his desired field but I am currently a homemaker and I would like to enter the workforce.
My challenge is that I have no work experience and my education back home was in the general line. It was a degree on history.
I do realize that, in order to land a job here, I must complete a course of some kind that is 6 months or longer in duration. I am finding it difficult to make up my mind to focus on a particular line of profession. Could someone please advise me on where I could find a list of different types of professions for new immigrants requiring 6-12 months to train up?
