My agent is telling me that i have signed the MOU
So i need to pay the amount written in it?
Can i break the MOU?
Bcz they made very big mistakes in my application my NoC code my husband's experience and all was incorrect

So now i want to quit this agent and do it by myself
 
If they are incompetent, you can sue them. That will take time anyway. These agents are really stubborn when it comes to this. Have they given you login details? If they have given you login details then it will be quite a struggle for you to get it from them. If you owe them money, you will have to pay up. Read the terms and conditions that you signed. See if there are any break clauses in case you intend to terminate the agreement.

Your relationship with your agent does not constitute misrepresentation however, If your agent lied and submitted application, you need to correct the mistakes asap bc here there is a risk of misrepresentation

Also, change your password and security question before your representative changes that otherwise u would be in trouble

Only nomination has been received
Can i just remove the representative information from my EE profile number?
Or I still need to submit the cancellation form of representative to cic


Also, shud i inform oinp for the same as well?
