Need Advice- Applying Under SPP

Could you please advise me on the below.

Situation Over view- Studied BE Computer science from India (Delhi), 4 years back.

Experience- Worked in India for 1.5 yrs +, Presently working and staying in UAE on resident visa.

Since I am from the Indian origin, will be able to apply for the study visa under SPP (Student partner Program). Based on the situation presently staying & working in UAE on resident visa.

Or

Do I need to go through with the different normal approach (Student visa) with ought SPP ?

1. SPP is valid only if you are legally residing/applying in India.

you can apply under SPP india .because still you are Indian Citizen ?

Best of luck apply under SPP India and take advantage from that !!
For Apply under SPP India you must come here ( India ) and apply NOT from UAE / some one else place/ country.
