Need advice - AINP and Express Entry

I need advice for express entry

I have created express entry profile month ago, at that time I didnt have the Nomination from Alberta government. Now, a week ago I have recieved nomination from Alberta and I have recieved invitation from express entry in yesterday's draw. They have one question in express entry that do you have nomination? Should I put yes in that?

Pls advice because I will not be applying through the AINP. Should I notify in express entry or not
