NEED A SUGESTION FOR CANADIAN PR VISA

hi everybody,
This is vishal here.
I got to know about this website when i was searching regarding the CANADIAN PR.
Actually i neend some sugestion and information from you guys.
I'm currently working with IBM India pvt. Ltd. as Tech. Support Representative. And i did B.Tech in E.C.E disciple. Now the the question arises that am i eligible to apply for the CANADIAN PR VISA on basis of work experience which i have with the IBM.
TECH SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE'S IS A KIND OF BPO JOB. I take calls in the company and provide troubleshooting steps to the users regarding there system, network and softwares.
