I am in the process of updating few forms that cic has requested. Who should sign the Schedule A form that has been filled my wife, because at the signature place, it says declaration of applicant. Thanks

Schedule A (Spouse) and Additional Family (Spouse) Information have to be signed by your Wife.........

Whosoever's name is written on the top of the form as applicant, signs on the bottom as applicant.
